Ethics and respect

Speak-up channel

AliveTeams takes ethics and respect seriously. If you witnessed or experienced misconduct by someone working for or on behalf of AliveTeams, tell us. You do not need to identify yourself, and there will be no retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.

What to report

Harassment, discrimination, fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, misuse of data, retaliation or other conduct related to AliveTeams. Team members, clients, platform users and suppliers may use this channel.

Optional identification

Share only what is needed to understand what happened. Because AliveTeams is a small team, details in a report may reveal who wrote it. If you would like a reply, you can leave contact details in the form; without them, we cannot respond.

Who receives and reviews reports

Vicente Gomes and Ricardo Shinichi, known as Shin, have access to reports received through the form. Reviews are handled discreetly, sharing information only with those who need to take part in the inquiry.

If a report concerns a reviewer

If a case concerns one of the two reviewers, the other leads the inquiry. The form remains accessible to both reviewers. If you prefer that neither receives your report, use the external contact below.

Other situations

Reports about your own company, even if it uses AliveTeams, should go to that company’s channel.

Platform security issues can be reported to seguranca@aliveteams.com.

This channel does not handle emergencies. In Brazil, call 190 for immediate public-safety danger. In other countries, contact your local emergency service.

Reports are submitted directly through Google Forms. This website does not receive or store their content, and reports are not forwarded to AI tools.
