Privacy, security and the LGPD

Every piece of information has its place. Every access has a limit.

Personal conversations, collective insights and shared learning follow different rules. Understanding that difference is part of using AliveTeams with confidence.

01

Personal conversations and memories

Under the app’s access rules, mentor conversations and Íris memories are restricted to the person concerned. A personal conversation is not a report for leadership.

02

Check-in insights with minimum group sizes

In management dashboards, check-ins arrive as server-calculated aggregates, without notes or individual identities. Indicators require at least 3 distinct people in the selected group.

03

Sharing with an explicit audience

Before confirming learning in a team or activation Movement, the interface tells you who can read it. An individual practice observation is accessible only to the person who recorded it.

04

The LGPD in practice

People can download their own data in preferences. The administrative export of a person’s data is limited to registration details, and an LGPD operations audit trail has role-based visibility.

How are note themes protected?

In AI check-in readings, note themes are included only with at least 5 authors in the selected group and 3 distinct people per theme, summarized without verbatim excerpts. Below the minimum, information is omitted; that absence must not be interpreted as disengagement or a lack of psychological safety.

Who can view collective insights?

Aggregation services check authentication, organization and scope on the server. Leaders’ insights are limited to the teams they lead; executives’ insights to their portfolio. Administrative access has its own purposes and rules.

Do the same rules apply to surveys and ONA?

Each source has its own purposes and rules. The limits above apply to check-ins; they are not a universal guarantee of anonymity. Surveys and network maps may have different identification and audience rules, which must be presented before participation.

How can I exercise my data rights?

You can download your own data in the app. Access, correction and deletion requests can be sent to AliveTeams through its contact channel, to be handled according to the processing purpose and legal retention obligations.

Website inquiries

When you send a request, the entry page and campaign labels available in the link accompany the form information. They help us understand the source of the inquiry. This feature does not create visitor identifiers, use cookies or send browsing events to third parties.

Protection with a defined purpose

The platform is not intended for individual surveillance, personal diagnoses or automated decisions about people. AI supports reflection; authorship, judgment and responsibility remain human.
